SeaFlow collects the details you choose to share through our consult and application forms — such as your name, email, phone, business or venue name, website, and notes about your current website and inquiry process. We use this information only to review fit for our services (Website Concierge, Lead Flow, and the SeaFlow Charter Program) and to follow up with you about your request.

Form submissions are stored privately in our own application database, hosted on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase). Submissions are reviewed inside a password-protected admin area that only authorized SeaFlow staff can access. We do not route your form data through Make.com, Zapier, or any external automation webhooks.

We do not sell or share your business data with third parties for their own marketing.

We may use a small set of trusted tools to operate — such as email, calendar, and (in the future) privacy-friendly analytics. These tools process data only to help us run our consult, application, and follow-up process.

You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@seasideaisolutions.com.
