SeaFlow collects the details you choose to share through our consult and application forms — such as your name, email, phone, business or venue name, website, and notes about your current website and inquiry process. We use this information only to review fit for our services (Website Concierge, Lead Flow, and the SeaFlow Founding Partner Program) and to follow up with you about your request.

Form submissions are stored privately in our own application database, hosted on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase). Submissions are reviewed inside a password-protected admin area that only authorized SeaFlow staff can access. We do not route your form data through Make.com, Zapier, or any external automation webhooks.

We use our own first-party analytics to understand how this site is used. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking service, and we do not build cross-site profiles of visitors.

When you interact with the site we may record the page path you viewed, the referring website's domain, any campaign tags in the link you arrived from (UTM values), the name of the action taken (for example "diagnostic started"), and a short-lived random session identifier stored only for the current browser tab. That identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any form submission, and it disappears when you close the tab. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or free-text you type into forms as analytics data.

This information is stored in our own database and used only to improve the site and our workflow. We do not sell or share analytics data.

We do not sell or share your business data with third parties for their own marketing.

We may use a small set of trusted tools to operate — such as email, calendar, and (in the future) privacy-friendly analytics. These tools process data only to help us run our consult, application, and follow-up process.

You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@seasideaisolutions.com.
